Notice: Termination of Supervisor – Sunbury-York South
Please be advised that as a result of council quorum being restored following the May 11, 2026, general municipal elections, the Local Governance Commission of New Brunswick has issued an Order terminating the appointment of Don Ferguson as supervisor for the rural community of Sunbury-York South effective May 25, 2026. This notice is provided pursuant to subsection 38(2) of the Local Governance Commission Act. The Local Governance Commission wishes to sincerely thank Mr. Ferguson for his work as supervisor for the rural community.
