Notice: Termination of Supervisor – Miramichi River Valley
Please be advised that as a result of council quorum being restored following the May 11, 2026, general municipal elections, the Local Governance Commission of New Brunswick has issued an Order terminating the appointment of Brenda Knight as supervisor for the rural community of Miramichi River Valley effective May 26, 2026. This notice is provided pursuant to subsection 38(2) of the Local Governance Commission Act. The Local Governance Commission wishes to sincerely thank Mrs. Knight for her work as supervisor for the rural community.
